摘要
食品作为每个人生命的必需品,其安全问题一直都是我国监管的重中之重,这不仅关系着人们的生命安全,更与社会的稳定息息相关。我国虽已颁布《中华人民共和国食品安全法》,但在监管制度上还不够完善,依旧存在缺陷,又因管理环节烦琐以及监管技术问题,导致在食品安全问题的解决中一直停滞不前,并且随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们生活水平的逐渐提升,更是对食品安全的保障有着更高的期许,针对上述问题,应该追根溯源加强对源头的管理,完善监管体系,提高对食品安全的监管能力,为食品安全提供重要的保障。
As a necessity of everyone’s life,food safety has always been the top priority of China’s supervision,which is not only related to people’s life safety,but also closely related to social stability.Although China has promulgated the Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China,the regulatory system is not perfect and still has defects.Due to cumbersome management links and regulatory technical problems,the solution of food safety problems has been stagnant,and with the economic development and social progress,people’s living standards have been gradually improved,In the face of the above problems,we should trace back to the source,strengthen the management of the source,improve the supervision system,improve the supervision ability of food safety,and provide important guarantee for food safety.
