摘要 基于社会发展新形势下,食品安全问题已成为人们高度关注的社会话题,为合法保障社会民众的食品消费安全权益,有关部门必须加强对各类食品的质量安全科学检测工作。黄曲霉毒素检测法应用作为粮油食品安全检测的重中之重,是一项不可或缺的关键内容,直接关系到粮油食品质量安全检测水平,杜绝劣质粮油食品流入到消费市场中威胁到人们的生命健康安全。本文将进一步对粮油食品中黄曲霉毒素的检测展开分析与探讨。 Based on the new situation of social development,food safety issues have become a social topic of great concern to people.In order to legally protect the people's food consumption safety rights and interests,relevant departments must strengthen scientific inspections of the safety and quality of various foods.The application of aflatoxin detection method as the top priority of grain,oil and food safety testing is an indispensable key content,which is directly related to the level of grain,oil and food safety and quality testing,and prevents the influx of low-quality grain,oil and food into the consumer market that threatens the public.Life,health and safety.This article will further analyze and discuss the detection of aflatoxin in grain,oil and food.
