摘要
目的:建立同时测定液态特殊医学用途配方食品中8种水溶性维生素的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法。方法:样品经前处理后,采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)进行分离,以0.1%甲酸甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾正离子模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式进行检测。结果:8种水溶性维生素在0.001~2.000μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9981)。方法定量限为4~10μg/100 g,加标回收率为85.52%~116.00%,RSD为0.49%~4.10%。结论:该方法快速、简单准确,可用于特殊医学用途配方食品中多种水溶性维生素的检测。
Objective:To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous detection of eight water-soluble vitamins in liquid formula food for special medical purpose.Method:The sample was pre-treated,followed by the separation using a Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.8μm)column by gradient elution,with 0.1% formic acid in methanol and 0.1% formic acid solution as the mobile phase,ionization in electrospray positive ion mode,multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode for detection.Results:High correlation coefficients(r≥0.9981)for 8 water-soluble vitamins in their linear ranges were obtained.The limit of quantification of the method was 4~10μg/100 g,the recovery of standard addition was 85.52%~116.00%,and the RSD was 0.49%~4.10%.Conclusion:This method is rapid,accurate and sensitive,and could simultaneously analyze multiple vitamins in liquid formula food for special medical purpose.
