摘要 目的:了解大学生关于膳食纤维与健康相关的知识、态度和行为情况。方法:设计调查问卷,利用Credamo平台对大学生采取网络问卷抽样调查。问卷不涉及个人隐私,每道题为必答题。调查内容包括大学生的基本情况、膳食纤维与健康相关的营养知识、态度和行为情况。结果:共计纳入来自不同省市的大学生178名。在知识方面,家庭饮食较为清淡(低盐低油饮食)的调查对象的掌握情况比家庭饮食较咸、口味较重的调查对象要好。在态度方面,女性、家庭饮食习惯较为清淡、一日三餐有规律以及没有挑食情况的调查对象对膳食纤维的态度更积极。行为方面无差异性。结论:调查发现,大学生对膳食纤维与健康的知识掌握情况较好,但在态度与行为方面存在不足。建议提高在校大学生的营养素养,加强膳食纤维的摄入及饮食均衡的意识。 Objective:To investigate the knowledge,attitude,and practice about the health of dietary fiber among college students in China.Methods:Self-designed questionnaire through an anonymous network was carried out on the Crademo platform.The questionnaire did not involve in any private information,but the content included the basic information of subjects,the knowledge,attitude,and practice about the health of dietary fiber.Every question in this questionnaire was required to be answered.Results:A total of 178 subjects from different cities were included in this study.With the respect of the knowledge,those family who had light diets(low-salt and low-oil diet)did better than those had strong flavor diets;female,family with light diets,eating meals regularly a day,and those had no picky eating had a more positive attitude towards the health of dietary fiber.There were no differences among practice.Conclusion:The subjects had a good command of knowledge,but they had shortages in their attitude and practice.It is necessary to take actions to evaluate the nutritious attainments and improve their awareness of having dietary fiber and well-balanced diet.
