摘要
2020年初新冠肺炎疫情在全球范围内爆发并不断蔓延,对笔者所参于的塔吉克斯坦杜尚别面粉厂项目的实施造成了严重的影响,主要表现为工程师无法按时到场、项目现场疫情防控难度大。在采取针对性的措施后,项目最终顺利完成交付,本文就项目在新冠疫情下的实施过程和现场防疫经验进行了介绍。
The COVID-19 epidemic broke out and spread around the world at the beginning of 2020,which had a serious impact on the implementation of the Dushanbe Flour Mill project in Tajikistan that the author participated in.The main performance was that engineers could not arrive on time and it was difficult to prevent and control the epidemic on site.After targeted implementation,the project was finally delivered successfully.This article introduces the implementation process and on-site epidemic prevention experience of the project under COVID-19.
