摘要
本文旨在建立一种利用液相色谱-串联质谱检测动物性食品中呋喃唑酮含量的方法。样品经二氯甲烷提取,加入无水NaSO_(4)脱水后蒸发浓缩,用液相色谱-串联质谱法检测,外标法定量。结果表明此测定方法在测定范围内具有良好的线性关系(r^(2)>0.9987),测定的回收率为74.6%~93.0%,检测限为0.3μg·kg^(-1)。
This paper aims to establish a method for determination of the residues of furazolidon in animal food by HPLC-MS/MS.The test sample were extracted from food with dichloromethane,and then the extract was dehydrated with anhydrous sodium sulfate.After concentrating with rotary evaporators,the analyte was detected by HPLC-MS/MS and quantified by external standard method.This method has good linear correlation(r^(2)>0.9987),the recovery rate is 74.6%~93.0%,and the detection limit was 0.3%μg·kg^(-1).
