摘要
根据《地下水质检验方法硅钼黄比色法测定硅酸》(DZ/T 0064.62—1993)和《地下水质检验方法硅钼蓝比色法测定硅酸》(DZ/T 0064.63—1993)对地下水样品中偏硅酸进行测定。两种方法线性关系都良好,硅钼黄比色法检出限为0.18 mg·L^(-1),方法要求最低检出限为0.66 mg·L^(-1),最佳测定范围为1.3~26 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为95.8%~98.6%,精密度为0.093%~2.3%;硅钼蓝比色法检出限为0.02 mg·L^(-1),方法要求最低检出限为0.06 mg·L^(-1),最佳测定范围为0.06~20 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为98.7%~103%,精密度为0.13%~0.93%。结果表明,两种方法均可以满足日常检测需求,实验人员可根据自身情况选择使用。
According to DZ/T 0064.62—1993 and DZ/T 0064.63—1993,the metasilicic acid in groundwater samples was determined.The linear relationship between the two methods is good.The detection limit of the silicon-molybdenum yellow colorimetric method is 0.18 mg·L^(-1),the minimum detection limit of the method is 0.66 mg·L^(-1),and the best determination range is 1.3~26 mg·L^(-1),the recovery rate of standard addition is 95.8%~98.6%,the precision is 0.093%~2.3%;the detection limit of silicon molybdenum blue colorimetric method is 0.02 mg·L^(-1),and the minimum detection limit of the method is 0.06 mg·L^(-1),the best determination range is 0.06~20 mg·L^(-1),the recovery of standard addition is 98.7%~103%,and the precision is 0.13%~0.93%.The results show that both methods can meet the daily testing needs,and experimenters can choose to use them according to their own conditions.
