摘要
传统食品检测方法主要是采样后在实验室内进行检测,检测周期相对较长,无法第一时间发现食品质量问题,为此应加强食品快速检测技术的应用。本文旨在分析我国食品安全现状,梳理汇总当下食品快速检测技术的种类,并对食品检测中快速检测技术的应用予以探讨。
The traditional food detection methods mainly in the laboratory after sampling.The detection cycle is relatively long,and the food quality problems can not be found at the first time.Therefore,the application of rapid food detection technology should be strengthened.This paper aims to analyze the current situation of food safety in China,sort out and summarize the types of current food rapid detection technology,and discuss the application of rapid detection technology in food detection.
