摘要 目的构建基于Miller金字塔能力模型的动静脉内瘘围手术期护理能力培训方案,旨在培训临床动静脉内瘘护士的护理能力,提高护理质量,预防护理不良事件的发生。方法运用德尔菲法对初步拟定的培训方案指标进行数轮专家咨询,构建完整的护理能力培训方案指标体系。结果通过2轮专家咨询,最终构建了包含4个一级指标,12个二级指标和38个三级指标的护理能力培训方案体系,2轮专家咨询有效问卷的回收率均>97%,专家权威系数均在0.85以上。结论咨询的专家具有较好的积极性和权威性,构建的动静脉内瘘围术期护理能力培训方案条目较为全面,且数量适中,为后续动静脉内瘘临床护士护理培训系统的设置和运用奠定了基础。 Objective To construct a training program for the nursing ability of perioperative arteriovenous fistula(AVF)based on the Miller pyramid competency model,so as to promote the nursing ability of perioperative AVF in nurses,improve the nursing quality,and prevent nursing adverse events.Methods Delphi method was used to conduct several rounds of consultation with experts about indicators of the preliminary training program,to construct a complete index system for the nursing ability training program.Results The nursing ability training program,which includes 4 first-class indicators,12 second-class indicators and 38 third-class indicators,was constructed after two rounds of consultation with experts.The recovery rate of effective questionnaires in two rounds of consultation with experts was more than 97%,and the expert authority coefficient was above 0.85.Conclusion The consultation experts have a better enthusiasm and authority to construct a nursing ability training program for perioperative AVF containing comprehensive topics but with suitable number of items.This program provides a basis for the establishment and application of a nursing training system of internal AVF patients for clinical nurses.
