摘要
S7-200 SMART在固件V2.4及其以上版本中新增了PROFINET通信功能,它可作为PROFINET RT控制器通过总线方式与智能设备进行通信。V90作为一款性能优化、操作可靠及高性价比的伺服控制器,在市场得到广泛应用。本文针对S7-200 SMART与V90之间基于PROFINET通信的伺服控制问题,以圆盘均匀打孔设备工艺控制为例,对通信组态、参数设置和指令使用等相关内容进行研究。
S7-200 SMART has added PROFINET communication function in firmware V2.4 and above.It can communicate with intelligent devices via bus as PROFINET RT controller.As a servo controller with optimized performance,reliable operation and high cost performance,V90 has been widely used in the market.Aiming at the servo control problem based on PROFINET communication between S7-200 SMART and V90,In this paper,the process control of disk uniform drilling equipment is taken as an example to study the communication configuration,parameter setting and instruction use.
