通过对明代公、私藏书目录中记载的画学文献名目和明代画学著作的刊印出版情况,可以分析出明代人们能看到的前代画学著作和对明代影响最大的画学著作。经统计,明代刊印数量最多、流传最广的画学著作是元代文人夏文彦所著的《图绘宝鉴》和经正德年间韩昂增补后的《图绘宝鉴续编》。两书是明代各阶层获得画史知识的最主要来源,并对明代画学知识传播和画史写作产生了很大影响。

According to the private and public catalogues of the literature of paintings in the Ming Dynasty,it is possible to investigate the collections of the paintings in early dynasties and the influential paintings in the Ming Dynasty.According to the statistics,the literature of painting which was printed and disseminated the most is Tuhui Baojian,authored by literati Xia Wenyan in the Yuan Dynasty,and Tuhui Baojian Xubian,edited by Han Ang in Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty.These two books were the main source of the knowledge of paintings of the verious classes in the Ming Dynasty and it exerted great impact on the knowledge dissemination and writing of the history of painting in the Ming Dynasty.
