人工智能时代法律人才培养的新起点、新理念与新方案 被引量:10

New Starting PointꎬNew Concept and New Plan for Legal Talent Training in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 在人工智能技术深度嵌入现代教育体系的过程中,法学教育亟须在新的政策背景下进行供给侧改革。一方面,人工智能为法学教育带来了知识困境与就业困局;另一方面,人工智能为法律人才创造了多元需求、契合了其成长特质并牵引了其结构升级。面向人工智能时代,法学院校应在理念层面确立法律价值权衡的核心地位、绘就数字人文的范式愿景、强化融合型法律人才的关键角色。在此基础上,法学院校还应在方案层面贯通“传统+现代”的教学路径、锻造“智能+法治”的特色平台、形塑“法律硕士+跨学科”的人才格局、依托“法律+科技”的专业课程,从而回应国家在法律人才培养方面的顶层设计并最终推动我国法学教育与迭代科技的包容性协同发展。 As with artificial intelligence technology is deeply embedded in the modern education system,legal education urgently needs to carry out supply-side reforms under the new policy background.On the one hand,artificial intelligence has brought knowledge and employment difficulties to legal education.On the other hand,artificial intelligence creates diverse demands for legal talents,fits their growth characteristics,and drives the upgrading of their structure.Facing the era of artificial intelligence,law schools should establish the core position of legal value weighing at the conceptual level,draw the paradigm vision of digital humanities,and strengthen the key role of integrated legal talents.On this basis,the law school should also penetrate the“traditional+modern”teaching path at the program level,forge a characteristic platform of“artificial intelligence+rule of law”,shape the“Master of Law+interdisciplinary”talent structure,and rely on the“law+technology”professional courses respond to the country's top-level design of legal talent training and ultimately promote the inclusive and coordinated development of my countrys legal education and iterative technology.
