摘要
在当前疫情常态化背景下,传统教学模式的局限性催生了在线教学的展开,线上线下混合教学模式成为法学教育新常态。以传统教学方式为底层阶构,以互联网等技术依托为中层,以在线教学方式为上层的“三阶构造”成为法学教学转型升级的应循之路,也为法学教育的模式变革提供了镜鉴。在“混合模式”生成的基础上,需要注重特色法学课程的构建,唯此方能与法律人才的培养目标相耦合。在这一进程中,需要着力推动教育理念实现宏观转向、促使在线教学的资源共享及载体建设,并最终实现将在线教学的生动实践转化为教学模式的变革。
In the context of the current normalization of the epidemic,the limitations of the traditional teaching model have spawned the development of online teaching,and the online and offline mixed teaching model has become the new normal of law education.The“three hierarchical structure”with traditional teaching methods as the bottom-level structure,Internet and other technologies as the middle-level,and online teaching methods as the upper-level has become the path to the transformation and upgrading of legal education,and also provides a way for the reform of legal education.Reference mirror.On the basis of the“mixed model”,it is necessary to pay attention to the construction of characteristic law courses,only in this way can it be coupled with the training goals of legal talents.In this process,efforts need to be made to promote the macro-turn of educational concepts,promote resource sharing and carrier construction of online teaching,and finally realize the transformation of lively practice of online teaching into teaching mode.
