航空医学救援感染防控专家共识

Consensus of experts on infection prevention and control in aviation medical rescue

随着社会进步,航空医学救援已成为世界各国应急救援体系的重要组成部分。航空医学救援转运因其突发性、紧迫性、随机性、高风险性以及病种多样性的工作特点,并受现场条件所限,使得航空医学救援的感染防控工作容易被忽视,容易发生交叉感染。交叉感染不但给患者或工作人员带来躯体痛苦、经济负担及心理压力,严重的甚至威胁患者生命。感染防控是患者安全的底线,为了给患者、家属、医务人员及机组人员提供一个安全舒适的转运救治环境和更顺利的医疗转归,做好航空医疗救援飞机上的感染防控,避免航空救援过程中的交叉感染是必不可少的。目前,国内外尚缺乏航空医学救援感染防控的相关标准和防控指南。为此,国内感控专家共同研讨制定了本共识,旨在为今后航空医学救援感染防控提供借鉴和参考。

With the social progress,aviation medical rescue has become an important part of the emergency rescue sys⁃tem in the world.Because of the characteristics of aviation medical rescue and trans-shipment,such as sudden,urgen⁃cy,randomness,high risk and variety of diseases,and limited by the field conditions,the work of infection prevention and control in aviation medical rescue is easy to be neglected,prone to cross-infection.Cross infection not only brings patients or workers physical pain,economic burden and psychological pressure,serious even threats patients'lives.In⁃fection prevention and control is the bottom line of patient safety.In order to provide a safe and comfortable environ⁃ment for patients,family members,medical personnel and aircrew for transfer and treatment,and a more smooth medi⁃cal outcome,infection prevention and control on air medical rescue planes should be done well,it is essential to avoid cross-infection during air rescue.At present,there was a lack of relevant standards and guidelines for the prevention and control of airborne medical rescue infection.To this end,the domestic sensory control experts jointly developed this consensus,in order to provide aviation medical rescue infection prevention and control reference.
