新型冠状病毒肺炎院外急救防控策略与转运实践

Strategy and transport practice of COVID-19 prevention and control system in prehospital emergency

目的为更好开展新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作,提升院外急救防控能力及重大突发公共卫生事件应急处置能力,为国内其他省市开展重大传染性突发公共事件疫情防控及转运工作提供借鉴。方法全面梳理院外急救新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控措施及转运流程,制定院外急救防护及院感防控标准,应用于实际日常急救及疫情相关病例转运工作。结果院外急救人员严格执行相关流程及防护标准,有序开展日常急救及新型冠状病毒肺炎相关病例转运工作,实现院外急救“零感染”目标。结论国内尚无统一的院外急救防控标准,亟需制定重大传染性突发公共事件院外急救防控策略及防护标准,提高院外急救运行效率,减少院外急救交叉感染风险。

Objective In order to better response to the prevention of COVID-19,enhance prehospital emergency pre⁃vention and control capacity and major public health emergency response capabilities,so as to provide reference for oth⁃er provinces and cities in China to carry out major infectious emergency public health incidents prevention and control and transshipment.Methods The COVID-19 prevention and control measures and transport process were comprehen⁃sively reviewed,and the prehospital emergency protection and hospital awareness control standards were formulated to apply to the actual daily first-aid and the transfer work of epidemic related cases.Results Prehospital emergency work⁃ers strictly implemented relevant procedures and protection standards,completed daily rescue and COVID-19 cases transptort mission orderly,Achieved the goal of"zero infection".Conclusion There is no uniform prehospital emergen⁃cy prevention and control standard in China,urgently need to formulate prehospital emergency prevention and control strategies and protection standards for major public health emergency,improve the operation efficiency of prehospital emergency,and reduce the risk of prehospital cross-infection.
