“后疫情时期”医院运营现状及对策探讨

目的探索新冠疫情在国内得到有效控制的“后疫情时期”,国内某三甲医院在做好疫情防控的同时,继续深化学科发展、医院改革的管理举措。方法梳理医院在“后疫情时期”所面临的学科建设、运营管理、防疫感控等问题,并提出相应对策。结果新冠疫情导致国内某三甲医院的运营成本提升,运营数据全面下滑,学科建设、设备采购计划也无法如期完成,其中门诊量减少34.95%,出院量减少20.94%,手术量减少27.94%,设备耗材采购计划仅完成54%。体现医院学科建设水平的3级、4级手术量下滑程度相对较低,分别为20.09%和13.94%。结论持续推动医院学科建设、内涵发展,利用互联网技术平台,推动医院数字化管理、成本精细化控制,确保医院在做好疫情防控工作的同时,将新冠疫情对医院的运营影响降到最低。适应“互联网+医疗”技术的影响,利用医院自身社会影响力,开拓线上诊疗平台发展,为医院发展提供新的助力。

Objective To explore the"post-epidemic period"in which Coronavirus Disease(COVID)-19 epidemic is ef⁃fectively controlled in China,a domestic tertiary hospital continued to devote itself to the discipline development and management reforming while strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control.Methods The issues of discipline development,operation management and epidemic prevention faced by the hospital were sorted out,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.Results An increase in operating costs and a decrease in operating data caused by the COVID-19 epidemic have been observed.The discipline development plan and equipment procurement schedule were not implemented on time.The number of outpatients was reduced by 34.95%,the number of discharged patients was re⁃duced by 20.94%,the number of operations was reduced by 27.94%,and 54%of the equipment procurement plan was completed.The volume of three-level and four-level operations reflecting the overall capabilities of the hospital dropped by 20.09%and 13.94%respectively.Conclusion Continue to promote the development of hospital disci⁃plines,hospital digital management and cost control measures to minimize the impact of COVID-19 on hospital opera⁃tions.The transformation of the hospital's own social resources to the"Internet+medical"model will open up a new path for the development of the hospital.
