疫情期间基于网络的PBL教学和线下PBL结合情景教学在急救操作教学中的应用比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨疫情期间,基于网络的以问题为基础的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)及线下PBL结合情景教学在急救操作教学中的应用效果比较。方法选择解放军总医院第三医学中心眼科医学部94名医护人员为教学对象。自2020年3月—2021年4月期间,44名医护人员进行线下PBL结合情景教学完成急救实践操作学习,该组为研究组;50名医护人员参加基于网络的PBL模式教学后进行急救操作考核,该组为对照组。课程结束时进行理论和操作技能考核,比较实践操作考核成绩和问卷调查结果,评估两组培训效果的差异。采用SPSS 25.0和Graphpadprism进行统计分析绘图。结果对照组理论考核成绩(76.48±6.86)分;研究组成绩(91.75±4.64)分,两组差异存在统计学意义,(P<0.05)。对照组和研究组的急救实践操作规范考试成绩分别为(78.1±6.92)分和(88.59±4.08)分,(P<0.05)从技能考核结果来看,研究组优于对照组。且研究组的急救操作时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论线下PBL模式授课结合情景教学在急救教学的操作实践板块较基于网络的PBL模式教学更有优势,更能提高学员的积极性,增强学员的动手能力,促进其熟练掌握急救操作等相关知识和技能,锻炼学员团队合作精神和提高临床实践操作能力。 Objective To compare the effect of network-based problem-based learning(PBL)and PBL offline com⁃bined situational teaching in emergency rescue manipulation teaching under the influence of the epidemic.Methods 94 medical staff from the Ophthalmology Department of the Third Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital were selected as the teaching objects.From March 2020 to April 2021,44 medical staff who were given offline PBL com⁃bined with situational teaching to complete first aid operation learning in different sections of first aid teaching,then had a final assessment.This group was set as the experimental group;50 medical staff participated in the network based PBL teaching model and finally carried out the first aid operation assessment,this group was set as the control group.Comparison of the scores was analyzed with SPSS 25.0 and graphpad.Results The theoretical evaluation score of the control group was(76.48±6.86)points;the score of the experimental group was(91.75±4.64)points.The differ⁃ence between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of skill assessment in the control group was(78.1±6.92);scores in the experimental group was(88.59±4.08).The difference between the two groups was statisti⁃cally significant.(P<0.05).From the results of the skill assessment,the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusions Offline PBL mode teaching combined with situational teaching has more advantages in the opera⁃tion practice section of first aid teaching than the network-based PBL mode teaching,which can improve students'en⁃thusiasm,enhance their hands-on ability,and promote their proficiency in first aid operation and other related knowl⁃edge and skills.build up the team spirit of trainees and improve clinical practice operation ability.
