智能电网控制系统的电网一体化控制方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 输配电网系统包含有大量在运设备,设备老化问题将影响电网运行效率、降低电能质量,甚至导致电网可靠性降低。对此,提出一套适用于智能电网控制系统的潮流控制方法,基于该潮流控制方法实现了根据设备的状态监测和诊断结果确定最佳维护策略和最佳潮流控制方式;同时能够根据故障风险、输配电损耗、过载操作、电力设备的寿命估算、客户中断和其他指标来优化潮流路径和设备维护计划;最后采用一个输配电系统模型对该控制方法进行验证,推导出合适的潮流路径和维护策略。研究结果表明:单个设备故障会影响整个输配电系统的性能,从而导致停电和二次故障,输配电网可靠性的降低与设备的老化密切相关;利用所提方法可有效制定最优潮流路径和维护策略,在保证系统可靠性达到最佳状态的同时使总成本最小化。 The transmission and distribution systems contain a large amount of equipment in operation.The aging of equipment will affect the operation efficiency of power grid,reduce the power quality,and may lead to reliability reduction of the grid.Therefore,this paper proposes a flow control method applicable to smart grid control systems.The optimal maintenance strategy and optimal flow control method are determined by equipment status monitoring and diagnosis results based on the flow control method.Meanwhile,power flow path and maintenance strategy are optimized in line with fault risks,power transmission and distribution losses,overload operation,power equipment life estimation,customer interruption and other indicators.Finally,a transmission and distribution system model is adopted to verify the control method to derive a suitable power flow path and maintenance strategy.The research results show that single equipment failure will affect the performance of the whole transmission and distribution system,resulting in blackouts and secondary failures;the reduction of transmission and distribution network reliability highly depends on the aging of equipment.The method proposed in this paper can effectively formulate the optimal power flow path and maintenance strategy,which can ensure the optimal state of system reliability and minimize the total cost.
