摘要
通过对目前火电机组风烟系统自启停功能组设计模式与应用情况的分析,指出传统面向过程的顺序程序设计模式使得风烟系统功能组路径过于单一固化,运行使用率较低,系统缺乏必要的灵活性与实用性。在风烟系统自启停功能组中引入面向自治对象的设计模式,风机启动路径自治规划,能适应风机两侧启动、单侧启动、自动并列运行以及RB(辅机故障减负荷)工况下风机启动与并列运行等各种工况,引导运行人员改变操作习惯,构建系统操作理念。在某660 MW机组DCS(分散控制系统)进行组态,实现了风烟系统全程控制功能,实际运行表明:采用面向自治对象的风烟系统启动功能组路径灵活多样,控制系统具备较强的自治性和健壮性,能有效提高功能组的使用率及机组自动化水平。
Based on the analysis of design mode and application of the automatic startup and shutdown function group of air and flue gas system in thermal power units,the paper indicates that the traditional procedure-oriented sequential programming mode makes the system function group path unduly single and solidified,its operation rate low,and the system lacks necessary flexibility and practicability.The design pattern oriented to autonomous objects is introduced into the automatic startup and shutdown function group of the air and flue gas system.The fan starting path is autonomously planned,which can adapt to the fan startup on both sides,startup on one side,automatic parallel operation,startup and parallel operation under RB(runback)condition,guiding operation personnel to change operation habits and building system operation concepts.The DCS(decentralized control system)of a 660 MW unit was configured to realize the whole control function of the system.The actual operation process shows that the autonomous object-oriented specific system startup functional group path is flexible and diverse,and the control system is highly autonomous and robust,which can effectively improve the function group utilization and units'automation level.
