黑沟露天矿大孔径预裂爆破参数优化及应用

Optimization and Application of Presplitting Blasting Parameters withLarge Aperture in Heigou Strip Mine

针对目前大孔径预裂爆破在矿山开挖实际中存在的问题,以黑沟露天矿大孔径爆破开采为背景,根据采场取样岩芯岩石力学试验结果,对不同岩性分别进行合理的预裂爆破设计,确定出了适合黑沟采场不同区域和岩性的预裂爆破参数。结果表明爆后半孔率达到71%以上,形成较为完整的预裂面。

According to the existing problems in the excavation of large aperture presplitting blasting at present,taking the large aperture blast mining in Heigou strip mine as the example,and according to mechanical test results of core rock sampling from working site,the reasonable presplitting blasting is designed for different lithology,the suitable presplitting blasting parameters for different areas and lithology of Heigou stope are confirmed.The results show the half porosity after blasting was more than 71%,the complete pre-split surface was formed.
