内蒙古某铅锌矿工艺矿物学研究及其浮选产品特性分析

摘要 将生产工艺流程指标与工艺矿物学研究参数结合分析,以定量探讨浮选产品特性分析的工作。内蒙古某铅锌矿通过“铅混选-铅再选-锌浮选”的生产工艺流程,获得了铅精矿中Pb品位69.45%,Zn品位4.87%,回收率94.21%;锌精矿中Zn品位48.26%,Pb品位1.12%,回收率90.07%的分选指标。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,该样品中的主要有用矿物为方铅矿和闪锌矿,脉石矿物以石英、绿泥石、绢云母、长石为主。有用矿物的嵌布粒度较细,主要分布于(0~43)μm的粒度范围,并且方铅矿和闪锌矿的单体解离度均达到90%以上。根据流程中各产品的筛析结果可知,仅有少部分有用矿物的微细粒和粗粒贫连生体被损失。 The production process flow targets and parameters of process mineralogy study is combined and analyzed in order to quantitative discuss the characteristics analysis of flotation products.The production process flow"lead mixed beneficiation-lead recleaning-zinc flotation"is used for one lead-zinc ore of Inner Mongolia,it is obtained the following separation targets:the lead concentrate that Pb grade was 69.45%,Zn grade was 4.87%,the recovery rate was 94.21%;the zinc concentrate that the zinc grade was 48.26%,Pb grade was 1.12%,the recovery rate was 90.07%.The process mineralogy study results show,the main valuable mineral in the sample is galena and sphalerite,the gangue minerals mainly are quartz,chlorite,sericite,feldspar and so on.The dissemination size of valuable mineral was small,which was mainly distributed in the particle size range of(0~43)μm,the single separation degree of galena and sphalerite can reach more than 90%.According to the screen analysis results of each product in the flow,only a little fine grain and coarse-grained poor conjoined organism of the valuable mineral was lost.
