某复杂铜铅锌混合精矿选矿试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 云南某地生产的铜铅锌混合精矿含铜8.22%,含铅28.87%,含锌11.36%,对其采用对环境污染较小的药剂进行铜铅分离试验研究,使用铜铅分离不脱锌的流程,最终获得铜品位20.11%,铜回收率90.66%的铜精矿和铅品位45.91%,铅回收率96.56%,锌品位16.55%,锌回收率88.59%的铅锌混合精矿。 One copper-lead-zinc bulk concentrate produced in Yunnan contains 8.22%copper,28.87%lead,zinc 11.36%,the reagent with less environmental pollution was adopted for the separation experimental study on copper and lead,the flow that copper and lead separation without zinc removal was adopted,therefore,we can get the following data:copper grade was 20.11%,the recovery rate of copper concentrate was 90.66%,the lead grade was 45.91%,the recovery rate of lead was 96.56%,the zinc grade was 16.55%in the lead and zinc bulk concentrate,the recovery rate of zinc was 88.59%.
