摘要 利用烧结环冷机非回收段烧结矿的余热,将含粉和水分高的块矿进行烘干形成混合料,并将混合料、定仓装入高炉料仓,并与烧结矿共用输送和除尘系统,用于高炉冶炼生产;同时对烧结成品筛和高炉槽下筛下物,经自动控制实时、定点装入烧结配料仓,进行烧结配料后道工序。达到了块矿水份<1%,燃料比1.8 kg/t.Fe的工艺目标,实现综合效益1187万元/a。 Lump ore with high powder and high moisture is dried to be mixture by waste heat from sintered ore at non-recovery section of sintering ring cooler,the mixture is put into the blast furnace silo,and delivered to dust removal system with the sintered ore,which is used for blast furnace smelting production;meanwhile,the screen underflow of the sintered product screen and blast furnace screen is automatically controlled and fed into sinterring proportioning bin for the follow-up process.Process targets that the moisture of lump ore was less than 1%,the fuel ratio was 1.8 kg/t.Fe,the comprehensive benefits of 11.87 million yuan/year was achieved.
