摘要
介绍了某公司高杂电解液铜电解生产过程中,铜平衡控制、杂质元素脱除等方法。通过生产实践,通过电解液净化流程优化,阳极泥处理后返液净化,电解液含砷浓度控制等方法,有效提高了电解液系统净化脱杂能力,解决电解液铜贫化问题,稳定了电解液中铜离子及杂质元素的平衡,电解液净化调整后,铜的脱除率降低了31.6%,镍的脱除率提加了23%,电解液铋含量达到了0.3 g/L以下。
Methods of copper balance control and impurity element removal during copper electrolysis production of high impurity electrolyte in one company is introduced.The purification and impurities removal capability of electrolyte system was effectively improved through production practice.Methods for electrolyte purification process optimization,anode slime treatment and return back to fluid purification flow,and concentration control method for arsenic containing electrolyte were adopted,therefore the problem of electrolytic copper dilution was solved,the balance of copper ion and impurities in the electrolyte was stabilized,and the removal rate of copper was decreased for 31.6%,the removal rate of nickel was increased for 23%,the bismuth content of electrolyte was reach to below 0.3 g/L after purification adjustment of electrolyte.
