摘要 研究了采用非真空上引连铸工艺生产Cu-Cr-Zr合金线杆过程中,合金元素Cr、Zr含量变化规律、冷却速度对产品表面质量的影响。试验结果表明:非真空条件下,合金液中Cr比较稳定,收得率可达89%,波动量15 g/t以内。通过改变覆盖方式和间断添补中间合金的方式可大幅减少Zr的损耗率,实现对其含量准确控制,Zr总收得率可达49%,波动范围66 g/t以内;在上引连铸Cu-Cr-Zr合金线杆的过程中,采用一般的冷却速度会导致线杆表面开裂,甚至会引起出现线杆断裂现象,采取措施提高冷却速度可有效减少断杆和线杆表面开裂的现象。 It is studied the effect on product surface quality by change regularity,cooling rate of Cr,Zr content in the production process of non-vacuum upward continuous casting of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy wire rod.The test results show:Cr in alloy liquid is stable under non-vacuum condition,the yielding rate can reach to 89%,the volatility is within 15 g/t.Zr attrition rate can be decreased greatly through changing of covering method and intermittent filling of intermediate alloy,therefore the accurate control of its content can be realized,the total yielding rate of Zr can reach to 49%,the fluctuation range is within 66 g/t;In the process of upward continuous casting of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy wire rod,the normal cooling rate can make surface cracking of wire rod,even fracture of wire rod,thus the increasing of cooling rate can effectively reduce surface cracking and fracture of wire rod.
