Key Technology Research on Wire Billets for High Level Superfine Copper Wire Production

分析了影响生产高等级超细铜线用线坯的原因,通过优化SCR生产线各项工艺参数和工艺条件、优化产品生产过程控制要求及产品储存、运输要求,达到减少线坯拉制断线和氧化发黑的目的。

It is analyzed the influence factors for wire billets for superfine copper wire production,each process parameters and process conditions for SCR production line were optimized,the control requirements of production process,the storage,transportation requirements were optimized,so that the following aims can be reached:broken line is reduced in wire billet drawing process,and the oxidizing blackening is reduced.
