摘要
铜冶炼企业具有典型流程工业特点,与离散工业的特点有巨大差异,面临原料成分复杂、工况波动大、决策过程的知识与数据不完整且滞后、过程反应复杂、难以建立数学模型、难以数字化等难点。为推进铜冶炼智能工厂建设新模式,搭建智能工厂设计构架,以优化生产要素为手段,通过建立基于数据自动流动的状态感知、实时分析、科学决策、精准执行的闭环赋能全流程管控平台体系,解决生产制造、应用服务过程中的复杂性和不确定性问题,提高资源配置效率,实现资源优化、效益最大化生产方式,提高企业精准管理和决策反应能力。
Copper smelting enterprise has the typical process industry characteristics,which has big difference with the characteristics of discrete industry,there are many difficulties in the process,such as complex composition of raw material,large fluctuations in working conditions,incomplete and lagging knowledge and data,the complex reaction process,it is hard to build a mathematical model,digitization is difficult to achieved and so on.In order to promote the new model construction of copper smelting smart plant,building of the design framework of smart plant,the optimal production factors are taken for closed-loop empowerment full-process management and control platform system with state awareness of automatic data flow,real-time analysis,scientific decision-making,accurate execution,which is used for resolution of the complex and uncertain problems in manufacturing,application service,therefore the resource allocation efficiency can be improved,the production ways with resource optimization,maximum benefits,and the precise management and decision-making ability of enterprise can be improved.
