摘要
以SMS六辊CVC铝带冷轧机在用的IMS-X射线测厚仪为例,介绍X射线测厚仪的组成及测量原理,重点分析测厚仪不同组合方式与控制模式对铝带材厚度测量精度、整卷厚度均匀性的影响,并结合现场工况环境,总结了影响X射线测厚仪测量精度的因素并提出维护使用注意事项。
The IMS-X ray thickness meter for SMS six rolls CVC aluminum strip cold rolling mill is taken as the example,the composition of X ray thickness meter and the measurement principle is introduced,the special stress is paid on different combinations of thickness meter,as well as the effect of control mode on thickness measurement precision of aluminum strip and the thickness uniformity of whole roll,so the influence factors and the maintenance precautions of X ray thickness meter is summarized combining with the on-site working conditions.
