摘要
领导幽默因其作为有效管理实践工具而被广泛运用,但其潜在的阴暗面并未引起关注。基于良性违背理论和社会认知理论,探讨领导幽默对员工人际越轨行为的影响及作用机制。基于368份问卷的实证结果表明,领导幽默显著正向影响员工人际越轨行为;领导幽默通过提高违规可接受性来促进员工人际越轨行为;权力距离正向调节领导幽默对违规可接受性的正向影响,进而正向调节违规可接受性的中介作用。
Leader humor is widely used as an effective management practice tool,but its potential dark side has not attracted attention.Based on benign violation theory and social cognition theory,this study explores the influence and mechanism of leader humor on interpersonal deviant behavior.The empirical results of 368 questionnaires in two-phase survey show that leader humor has a significant positive impact on employee interpersonal deviant behavior;leader humor promotes employee interpersonal deviant behavior by improving acceptability of violation;power distance positively moderates the positive impact of leadership humor on the acceptability of violations,and then positively moderates the mediating role of violation acceptability.
