大学校园外卖现状及食品安全问题的分析 被引量:7

摘要 外卖自最早的形式打包开始,随着互联网的飞速发展和手机的广泛普及,外卖行业蒸蒸日上,并成为了大多数人生活中常态化的就餐方式。在外卖快速发展的同时,存在着监督不健全、管理不规范、安全卫生不达标等一系列食品安全问题,这使得“舌尖上的安全”成为人们最为担心的问题。对于高校学生,在方便用餐的同时,也存在着食品卫生的安全隐患,就此开展大学校园外卖现状及安全问题的调查,了解大学生在网络订餐中出现的安全问题及其对外卖食品安全的态度及行为,并在此基础上为大学生的健康饮食提出建议。 Food delivery started from the earliest form of packaging.With the rapid development of the Internet and the widespread popularity of mobile phones,take-out industry is booming,and has become the normal way of eating in most people's lives.With the rapid development of take-out,there are a series of potential food safety issues,such as imperfect supervision,improper management,and substandard safety and hygiene,which makes the“safety on the tip of the tongue”become the most worrying problem.For college students,while it is convenient to eat,there are also potential safety hazards in food hygiene.In this regard,a survey of the status and safety issues of university campus take-out was carried out.According to the survey,we understanded the safety problems of college students in online ordering and their attitudes and behaviors towards food safety of take-out,and on this basis,make recommendations for college students'healthy diet.
