摘要
通过分析山西省杂粮产业现状,为山西省杂粮产业提出合理化建议,并提出了山西省产业科技创新发展的对策。从杂粮种植地域、杂粮加工及产品、杂粮企业的现状、杂粮加工机械、杂粮市场等方面分析了杂粮产业的发展现状,从新品种选育、新产品研发、加强杂粮成果转化机制等方面提出了杂粮产业科技创新发展的对策。
After status on coarse grain industry in Shanxi were analyzed,the reasonable suggestions about the develoment of coarse grain industry were given and the corresponding strategies on industrial science innovation and development were proposed.The present situation of the coarse grain industry in Shanxi in terms of planting area,processing and products,machining machinery and market,and so on.The corresponding reasonable ways were advised.The strategies for industrial science innovation and development were devoloped on breeding of new varieties,research and development of new products and strengthening of scientific production tansforming.
