高校“食品分析与检验”趣味课堂模式的改革初探

作为食品专业的核心必修课之一,“食品分析与检验”课程本身的枯燥性使青年大学生在课堂上的表现兴致缺缺、一言难尽。针对课堂教学中存在的问题,教师不断学习趣味课堂知识,提升自我;将备教材与备学生相结合;制作与课堂内容紧密相扣的微视频;师生互动,共建兴趣课堂。通过对“食品分析与检验”趣味课堂的探索和创建,吸引学生注意力,激发学生学习的主动性,达到寓教于乐、快乐学习的目的。

Food Analysis and Inspection is one of the core compulsory courses for food major.The class performance of college students is inactive and unsatisfactory because of its own character tediousness.In response to the problems in class-teaching,teachers should constantly learn the knowledge of interesting class to improve themselves.Secondly,the teaching materials should be combined with students'hobbies;Thirdly,micro-videos can be made closely linked to the teaching content;Finally,interesting class can be built through teacher-student interaction.Through the exploration and creation of interesting class,it can attract students'attention,stimulate their learning initiative,and achieve the purpose of entertaining and learning.
