“食品安全风险评估”案例式教学方法探索与实践

摘要 针对食品安全风险评估方法和技术的应用性与实践性,进行了“食品安全风险评估”课程案例教学方法的改革与实践。通过打造课上案例分析教学、课后自主分类作业、课余实际分项调查与课堂专题分组讨论四位一体的案例教学方法,实现了学生对安全风险评估原理和技术的熟练掌握和实践应用,更好地培养学生综合分析和解决问题的能力,可为高校进行“食品安全风险评估”课程教学提供一定的参考和指导。 In this paper,due to the application and practice of Food Safety risk Assessment method and technology,the reform and practice of case teaching method of Food Safety Fisk Assessment course were carried out.The case analysis in class,independent classified homework and practical subitem survey after class and group discussion of class project was implemented.In this way,students can master the principles and techniques of safety risk assessment and apply them in practice,so as to cultivate their ability of comprehensive analysis and problem solving,which can provide some reference for offering this course in colleges and universities.
