摘要 食品产业是我国的重要支柱,基于食品科学与工程教学体系的优化与建设的研究,从产教融合的意义、食品科学与工程专业产教融合存在的问题、改善食品科学与工程专业产教融合的措施等方面推进教学体系改革。 Food industry is an important pillar of our country.Based on the research on the optimization and construction of the teaching system of food science and engineering,the significance of the integration of production and education,the problems existing in the integration of production and education of food science and engineering specialty,and the measures to improve the integration of production and education of food science and engineering specialty,to promote the enrichment of teaching system.
