摘要
针对回收丁二烯脱水塔和丁二烯脱重塔系统运行周期短的问题,通过对设备易自聚部位认真分析以及对阻聚剂的优化选用,对重点自聚部位进行工艺改进,提出了控制设备内氧含量以及改变阻聚剂加入方式、加入量等措施并进行了系列工业试验。结果表明:采取上述措施后延长了丁二烯塔运转周期,同时提高了丁二烯塔处理能力。
