摘要
对比分析了Baker公司、斯伦贝谢、哈里伯顿等油服公司钻完井工具橡胶密封件的优选方法,并结合钻完井工具的使用工况,在满足现场作业的基础上,建立钻完井工具橡胶密封件材料优选原则,应考虑环境的最大工作压差、最大/最小工作温度、井筒产出流体种类及性质,以及密封方式的影响。该原则对钻完井安全开发具有一定的指导意义。
The paper compares and analyzes the optimization methods of rubber seals of drilling and completion tools by Baker company,Schlumberger and Halliburton oil service companies.Based on the working conditions of drilling and completion tools,the principle of optimizing rubber seal material of drilling and completion tools is established on the basis of satisfying the field operation.The maximum working pressure difference,maximum/minimum working temperature,the type of fluid produced by wellbore should be considered And the nature,and the effect of sealing methods.It is of great significance to the safe development of drilling and completion.
