摘要
交叉偶极阵列声波测井仪是通过测量地层的声学传播特性来分析研究储层特征的一种测井方法。在进行单偶极探头检测,更换皮囊,焊接探头线与变压器线等一系列维修后,为验证其功能性,日常检查为地面系统连接通讯仪、接收声系、发射声系和发射控制电子线路测试,费时费力,工作强度大。分析并设计了一种方案进行测试,给出了各个部分的工作原理和测试流程,在实际工作中的应用,证明了设计的可行性和便捷性。
Cross dipole array acoustic logging tool is a logging method to analyze reservoir characteristics by measuring acoustic propagation characteristics of formation.After a series of maintenance,such as the detection of single even pole probe,replacement of skin bag,welding of probe line and transformer line,in order to verify its functionality,the daily inspection includes the test of ground system connecting communication instrument,receiving sound system,emission sound system and emission control electronic circuit,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive.This paper analyzes and designs a scheme for testing,and gives the working principle and testing process of each part.The application in practical work proves the feasibility and convenience of the design.
