摘要 针对抽油机运行过程中的偏磨问题,本次研究结合我国抽油机的运行现状,首先对抽油机运行过程中偏磨问题出现的原因进行全面的分析,在此基础上,提出治理偏磨问题的相关措施,为保障抽油机的安全高效运行奠定基础。研究表明:在抽油机运行的过程中,沉没度因素、抽汲速度因素、结蜡因素、聚合物因素以及腐蚀因素等都会引发严重的抽油机偏磨问题,因此,相关工作人员需要从合理设定运行参数、改进电机性能、定期维护光杆、定期清防蜡以及采取防腐措施等方面入手,采取多项有效措施,全面提高抽油机运行的安全性。 Aiming at the eccentric wear problem during the operation of the pumping unit,this study combined with the current status of the pumping unit in my country.First,a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the eccentric wear problem during the operation of the pumping unit is carried out.On this basis,Relevant measures for the treatment of eccentric wear are put forward to lay the foundation for the safe and efficient operation of the pumping unit.Studies have shown that during the operation of the pumping unit,the sinking factor,the swabbing speed factor,the waxing factor,the polymer factor,and the corrosive factor will cause serious eccentric wear of the pumping unit.Therefore,the relevant staff need to follow Reasonable setting of operating parameters,improvement of motor performance,regular maintenance of drill pipes,regular wax removal and anti-corrosion measures have been taken,and a number of effective measures have been taken to comprehensively improve the safety of pumping unit operation.
