摘要 在含硫天然气净化工艺中,涉硫机泵极易被腐蚀,进而造成腐蚀渗漏,严重时导致机泵不能正常运行。通过对涉硫机泵腐蚀渗漏部位取样,采用宏观观察、电镜成像及X射线能谱进行分析研究,明确了涉硫机泵的腐蚀机理及原因,并为涉硫机泵的防腐提出了建议。 In the purification process of sulfur-containing natural gas,the pump involved in sulfur is easily corroded,which leads to corrosion leakage,and the pump can not operate normally when it is serious.In this paper,the corrosion and leakage parts of the pump involved in sulfur were sampled and analyzed by macroscopic observation,electron microscope imaging and X-ray energy spectrum,the corrosion mechanism and reason of the pump involved in sulfur were identified,and some suggestions for the corrosion prevention of the pump involved in sulfur were put forward.
