Summary of Pressure Repair and Modification Technology for Offshore Platform Pipeline

为了保证油田生产的连续性,需要在管道不停输的条件下完成管道的维修和改造作业。作业过程多数应用带压封堵技术、带压补强技术和带压开孔技术三大类技术。对上述三类作业经常应用的技术进行了论述,分别介绍了盘式封堵、膨胀筒封堵、纤维复合材料补强和带压开孔等相关技术。

In order to ensure the continuity of oilfield production,it is necessary to complete pipeline maintenance and transformation under the premise of non-stop pipeline transportation.In most of the operation process,three kinds of technology are applied:sealing technology with pressure,reinforcing technology with pressure and opening technology with pressure.In this paper,the above three kinds of commonly used technology are discussed,respectively,the disc plugging,expansion cylinder plugging,fiber composite material reinforcement and pressure opening and other related technologies.
