CO还原钛精矿的研究

Reduction of Ilmenite by Carbon Monoxide

摘要 采用热重、XRD,SEM等技术检测CO还原钛精矿的失重率、物相转变及显微结构。结果表明,预氧化钛精矿还原度随还原温度和时间增加而增加,在1150℃还原270min后还原度达到87.97%。还原产物的主要组成为金属铁、FeTi_(2)O_(5)和少量的TiO_(2)。 Thermo-gravimetric,XRD,SEM were utilized to study the reduction of ilmenite concentrates in carbon monoxide atmospheres,such as the weight loss rate,phase transformation and microstructures.The results show that the reduction degree of pre-oxidized titanium concentrate increases with the increase of reduction temperature and time,the reduction degree reaches 87.82%when pre-oxidized ilmenite concentrates were reduced in 1150℃for 270 min.The main composition of the reduction product is metallic iron,FeTi_(2)O_(5)and a small amount of TiO_(2)。
