降低钢铁料耗的攻关实践

摘要 在炼钢工序成本控制中,钢铁料耗的成本占比非常大,也是转炉冶炼工艺中一个重要的技术指标。本文通过优化转炉冶炼过程中的原料结构、氧枪枪位流量操作模式,采取了少渣冶炼工艺、减少过程喷溅、缩短补吹时间,降低终渣铁损等相关措施,有效降低了钢铁料耗。通过生产实践数据对比分析,经过技术攻关后,泉州闽光钢铁料耗由2020年1月份的1058.9kg/t降到全年累计的1054kg/t以下,12月份降至1052.23kg/t,有效地降低了炼钢的生产成本。 In the cost control of steelmaking process,the cost of steel material consumption accounts for a very large proportion,and it is also the most important technical index in the converter smelting process.In this paper,through optimizing the raw material structure and oxygen lance flow operation mode in the converter smelting process,the relevant measures such as less slag smelting process,reducing process splashing,shortening blowing time,reducing final slag iron loss and so on were taken,which effectively reduced the iron and steel material consumption.Through the comparative analysis of production practice data,after tackling key technical problems,the material consumption of Quanzhou Min guang iron and Steel Ltd.has decreased from 1058.9kg/t steel in January 2020 to 1054kg/t steel in the whole year,and to 1052.23kg/t steel in December.The production cost of steelmaking has been effectively reduced.
