摘要
本文通过对湿氢和干氢还原时生产的钼粉的物理性能、SEM形貌、K含量变化的影响进行分析。结果表明:湿氢生产的钼粉颗粒比较均匀、分散,随着氢气露点的升高,钼粉粒度也增大,钼粉钾含量呈降低趋势,因此可以通过湿氢生产形貌完整、大小均匀、分散好的大颗粒钼粉。
In this paper,the physical properties,SEM morphology and K content change of molybdenum powder produced by wet hydrogen and dry hydrogen reduction was analyzed.The results show that the molybdenum powder particles produced by wet hydrogen are relatively uniform and dispersed.With the increase of hydrogen dew point,the molybdenum powder particle size also increases,and the K content of molybdenum powder decreases.Therefore,large molybdenum powder with complete morphology,uniform size and good dispersion can be produced by wet hydrogen.
