摘要
本文介绍了采用“120t转炉-120tLF精炼-R107机7流方坯连铸机”的工艺路线生产低碳、低磷钢XM06BA,稳定控制终点碳并优化过程脱氧,实现该钢种的稳定生产及铸坯质量达标。
This paper introduces the production of low carbon and low phosphorus steel XM06BA by the technological route of"12 tons converter~120 tons LF refining~R107 machines 7 flow billet continuous caster".The carbon at the end point is controlled stably and the deoxidization process is optimized.The stable production of the steel and the quality of the billet reach the standard are realized.
