摘要
本文建立了酸碱度为7.0、采用Na2EDTA-磷酸蒸馏体系对地下水中的总氰化物进行蒸馏,在40℃水浴中结合4-吡啶甲酸-吡唑啉酮生成蓝色染料,并根据显色液吸光度与氰化物质量浓度成正比的规律得出氰化物含量的方法。该方法的总氰化物平均回收率为93.4%~96.1%,相对标准偏差均小于10%,其检出限均为0.002mg/L。本方法准确度高、检出限低,适用于地下水中总氰化物含量的日常检测。
In this paper,when the pH is 7.0,the cyanide of groundwater sample is distilled by Na2EDTA phosphoric acid distillation system,and reacts with chloramine T to produce cyanide chloride,and then reacts with isonicotinic acid pyrazolone to produce blue dye.The chromaticity of the generated dye is directly proportional to the mass concentration of cyanide,so as to obtain the method of cyanide content.The average recovery of total cyanide was 93.4%~96.1%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 10%.The detection limit was 0.002mg/l.The method has high accuracy and low detection limit and is suitable for daily detection of total cyanide content in groundwater.
