浅谈IPD模式下的知识产权管理

A Brief Discussion on Intellectual Property Management under IPD Mode

IPD is an international advanced product development process management system.Based on the core idea of IPD and combined with the work practice,this paper analyzes the intellectual property management under the IPD mode from the aspects of IPD need for supporting intellectual property management,team building and process standardization.The article points out that under IPD mode,product development supporting intellectual property management can provide investment decision-making advice for each stage,enable the construction of innovative culture,enable enterprise risk prevention and control,so as to launch competitive products.
