生活垃圾焚烧飞灰处理技术研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着经济及生活水平提高,城市生活垃圾量快速增长,焚烧后产生的飞灰量也逐年增长。生活垃圾焚烧飞灰富含重金属及二噁英属而被列为HW18类危险废弃物。本文总结飞灰重金属固化技术及二噁英消减技术,分危险废物以及生活垃圾两种填埋场介绍飞灰传统填埋处理方式,重点综述利用水泥窑协同处理飞灰和利用工业固废固化飞灰协同充填处理飞灰的飞灰资源化技术。提出无害化是飞灰处理技术的关键技术问题,同时展望飞灰资源化利用技术将成为飞灰处理技术的重要研究方向。 With the improvement of economy and living standards, the amount of municipal solid waste increases rapidly, and the amount of fly ash generated after municipal solid waste incineration also increases year by year. Municipal solid waste incineration fly ash is rich in heavy metals and dioxins, so it is classified as HW18 hazardous waste. In this paper, the solidification technology of heavy metals and dioxin reduction technology of fly ash are summarized. The traditional landfill treatment methods of fly ash are introduced in two kinds of landfills, such as hazardous waste landfill and domestic waste landfill・ And the recycling technology of fly ash by cement kiln and industrial solid waste solidification fly ash is summarized. It is pointed out that harmlessness is the key technology of fly ash treatment technology. At the same time, the resource utilization technology of fly ash will become an important research direction.
