摘要
高校实验室废弃化学试剂瓶品种多、外形多样,内部残留成分复杂。为了解决化学试剂瓶清洗及环境污染问题,参考市场上的洗瓶机,以原有的半自动试剂瓶清洗设备为基础,使用FX5U PLC采集数据并控制清洗装置的运行,采用触摸屏进行洗涤模式选择、参设调整及监控等,设计出一套基于PLC控制的全自动化学试剂瓶清洗装置,主要涉及装置结构设计及PIDm,PWM,SFC等技术,经过调试及初步应用,达到设计要求。
There are many kinds and shapes of waste chemical reagent bottles in university laboratories,and their internal residuals are complex.In order to solve the problem of cleaning chemical reagent bottles and to reduce environment pollution,we refer to off-theshelf related equipments to design a PLC-controlled automatic cleaning device which involves structure designing,PID,PWM and SFC technology.The equipment which is based on an old semi-automatic bottle cleaning equipment uses MITSUBISHI FX5U PLC to collect data and control operation of relevant components.It uses touch screen as its HMI for choosing mode,changing parameters and monitoring process.After debugging and preliminary application,the equipment meets design requirements.
