塑性材料滑移带形成及动态观察实验设备研制及教学应用

摘要 为了促进实验教学与理论教学紧密结合,提升教学效果,拟开展金属冷塑性变形滑移带动态观察实验,设计并研制了一套用于该实验的设备。该设备集滑移带形成、动态显示、存储三功能于一体,具有方便快捷、操作简单、便于维护、体积小、成本低、无安全隐患等优点,已成功用于实验教学,师生一致反馈教学效果良好。该设备的研制与应用,对于提高教学质量、培养学生创新实践能力、提升教师研发能力和促进实验室建设等方面均具有重要的意义。 In order to promote the close combination of practical teaching and theoretical teaching and to improve the teaching effect,the dynamic observation experiment of metal plastic deformation slip band is planned to be carried out by using the self researching device.The device has three functions which include slip band forming,dynamic displaying and storing.It has several advantages including convenient and quick,simple operation,easy maintenance,small size,low cost and no safety hidden trouble.The device has been used in experimental teaching.The feed back from teachers and students is good.The development and application of the device showed that it is of great significance to improve teaching quality,cultivate students'innovation and practice ability.The teachers'researching and developing ability were improved,which promote laboratory construction.
