新工科背景下地方高校机械专业创新型人才培养探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Innovative Talents for Mechanical Majors in Local Universities under the Background of New Engineering

针对以往工科教学理念和培养方案下高校机械设计制造及其自动化专业在创新人才培养中存在的问题,探索新工科背景下地方高校机械专业创新人才培养模式。从三个方面进行研究和探讨,并在我校初步实践。实践证明,该模式有效提高了学生的创新能力,能促进机械专业创新型人才培养,为淮海地区经济发展培养更多紧缺人才。

Aiming at the problems existing in the training of innovative talents in the mechanical design and manufacturing and automation major of colleges and universities by using traditional engineering teaching concepts and training programs,the training mode of innovative talents in the machinery major of local colleges and universities under the new engineering background is explored.The research and discussion are carried out from three aspects and initially put into practice in our school.The practical effects prove that this mode can effectively improve students'innovation ability,and promote the cultivation of innovative talents in mechanical major,and cultivate more talents in short supply for the economic development of Huaihai region.
